We had a great time at Cocoa beach! The hotel felt like a ‘mom and pop’ kinda place. We loved it! The lazy river was warm, and you could tell that they had invested in the pool area. The room was in a little rougher shape but still nice and functional. We loved that they had surf boards, bikes, and beach stuff you could borrow for free. We could easily walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was SUPER! We would use this hotel again. 🙂

By way of beach hotels, this is the best one I can remember within the US. Staff is amazingly kind. Bath towels are seriously soft. Beds were nice and had good bedding. Front desk had all the information you could desire.

I’ve stayed at another property in Cocoa Beach & I must say Beachside exceeded everything the other property was lacking! Everything was great about it, pool, location. Rooms were clean will def stay again!

Great service. The food was great all week for all three meals! The meal staff was extremely pleasant and nice, attentive, and always wanting to serve food. The lazy river area was super relaxing to be in as well, and there are live performances that kept me entertained. Great environment and place to stay!

We truly enjoyed Lou at the front desk at check-in. She helped with finding a shuttle to get us around Sunday morning. The pool area was neat. Breakfast was good. We were excited to watch the shuttle lift off, but it got canceled. The room could use some ventilation.. like fans. It was very stiff and hard to sleep…asthma. Needs more luggage carts as there were many people checking in at the same time… normal, I would assume that most everyone was going on a cruise.

This place exceeded my expectations. A wonderful breakfast that was included every day until 10 AM. You can check out bicycles, boogie boards, surfboards, beach, chairs, umbrellas. The pool has nice music going all day and is lazy River style with tubes. The restaurant had great food and drink if you wanted to grab some thing there, but you can walk to all kinds of things. We walked across the street and we were on the beach. I did not want to leave.

We had an amazing time here! Live music on Friday night and a live mermaid show on Saturday afternoon. The one man band guy is funny and entertaining and really good at singing and playing the guitar. The pool seems like a new upgrade and is very nice, clean and warm! You can float the lazy river all day long! Food was good and service was great. The rooms are outdated but it was nice to have two doors on either side of the hotel to enter into the suite we had. So many things to do within walking distance and restaurants. The walking path to the beach is really cool and new. Definitely would come back. Better than a name brand hotel!

Nice, quiet location with all the necessary amenities for a vacation and waling distance to everything else we wanted/needed.

Beachside hotel was a cute place with great amenities and very clean. The beach access was just right across the street. The pool is really cool for kids and they had a very nice breakfast in the morning. We were thrilled to find out that bicycles were included with our stay. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean. The pool was refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs available poolside. The food was good & the resort was centrally located allowing us to walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy & several restaurants. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely the best resort in Cocoa Beach! Great location, wonderful lazy river, the people are so friendly and helpful—just the best all around!
